There are four rooms in total available for rent, with different pricing based on various factors (i.e. room size, room w/balcony, etc). There are two bedrooms upstairs and two in the basement, with both full bathrooms in the respective hallways in between the rooms. One of the rooms upstairs is accompanied by a large-sized private balcony, and the two rooms in the basement are nicely separated by free space. These three rooms are also of larger size, with the last available room upstairs being smaller. Amenities include two full bathrooms and one half bath, a kitchen with all new appliances and an entrance to the backyard patio, Wi-Fi, and a new washer and dryer.
